FreelanceJobsDB is totally free for employers to sign up, post any number of projects, receive bids from freelancers, review the freelancer’s portfolio and discuss the project requirements. You may cancel or archive the projects from your dashboard at any time but before you accept
bids.
At the time of accepting the bids from freelancers, employers must provide funds equivalent to the total project price (including payment processor fee). The payment is protected by the FreelanceJobsDB Escrow Payment System. Only release the payment once you are 100% happy with the work that has been delivered.
FreelanceJobsDB is free to sign up, create a profile, select skills of projects you are interested in, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications, discuss project details with the employer, bid on projects (free members receive 10 bids per month) and enter contests.

For fixed price projects, if you are awarded a project, and when you accept the payment after completing the project, we charge you a small project fee relative to the value of the selected bid, as service fee.
For hourly projects, the fee is levied on each payment as it is made by the employer to you.
The fee for both fixed price and hourly projects is 8%.
For both Employers or Freelancers , he will receive reward points for completing the projects and those rewards points can be converted to credits and withdrawn as he wish. Conversion rate will be varied from time to time depends on company profit. Employers will receive 2 reward points and freelancers will receive 1 reward point for completing their projects respectively.
We also pay affiliate commission who wants to promote our site.
In addition promoters will also earn 2 Reward Points for every project their downline employer completed and 1 Reward Point for every project their downline freelancer completed. Promoters can be signed up as either Employers or Freelancers and will receive their affiliate link displayed in their profile.
